Happy 2008

Today is the first day of 2008. We did our traditional pork and sauerkraut dinner. This year we had the Egberts join us for our good luck dinner. We had a lovely time. All the kids played very well together. We even had a birthday cake for Rachel. Happy birthday, Rachel. I hope it was a good day for you.

After supper, Rachel asked if I had any New Year's resolutions. My resolution is to be a better parent. There are days when I just don't like how I handled things or know I could have done a better job. I would like for those days to be a lot fewer in number. So, my question to you, what are your resolutions?

You are totally a great mom, Megan- my goals this year include reading more and spending less time swallowing up time on the Internet. Easier said than done :)
Happy Near Year to you!!

Thank you for the wonderful dinner, fun birthday celebration and good times!! You make me feel so special!

Everyday I'm going to make sure and tell each of the kids and Brian, "I love you."

Rich demands pork & sauerkraut for New Year's, too! Must be a PA thing! :-)

One of my resolutions is the same as Susie's. . . spend less time on the computer! Easier said than done, and not very conducive to being a blogger, I know!
