Wednesday Weigh In
Here we are at the end of week 5. I am on a bit of a plateau. I am down 0.2 lbs from last week (which is still down). I was down a little more but have fluctuated a bit throughout the week. I'm staying positive and keeping up with my gym routine. Not much more I can do. It will pay off when I am down another size, right?

Keep your spirits up. The weight will start to melt off when you least expect it.
keep your head up - remember it comes off quickly at the beginning and then slows down. just keep keepin on!
