Yesterday was a day full of parties for the kids. Since it was the last day before Winter break in Distric 49, both Jamie and Mazie had Christmas parties at school. While Mazie basically ate all day long, she had a really great time. Her class had a book exchange and she brought home a great book and some other fun treats. I was invited to go to Jamie's party. The kids put on a wonderful music program...

Then we went to decorating sugar cookies. As you can see, Jamie was concentrating with her tongue hanging out...

Jamie also made an ornament...

We all watched Frosty the Snowman, had a book exchange, and did some other coloring together. It was really fun to watch the kids interact and play.
Jamie went to a birthday party last night as well. It was supposed to be a sleepover but it was changed to a regular party. No worries though. Jamie had a blast and came home with painted piggies and fingers and was a girlie girl for a few hours.
Check back tomorrow for Taekwondo pictures. Happy Friday!
