Jamie woke up this morning, knowing it was her day on the blog. So she picked out her clothes accordingly. Most of you know that Jamie is far from a girly-girl. She likes to play in the dirt and look for bugs and play with Jacob's cars and trucks. But today she insisted on wearing her purple dress.

She also wanted me to curl her hair, which didn't stay since she doesn't like hairspray but it looked really cute when we were done. She also wanted to change her earrings to dangly ones.

She was telling me a story about when she had her ears pierced (you know, because it was so long ago) that this one hurt because she had to do it twice...

I never knew that it hurt because she never flinched or blinked or moved at all. The girl just proceeded to her other ear, pierced it, and then went back to her first one.

Told you she's a tomboy. But maybe we should call her a beautiful tomboy. That way she can still play in her pretty dresses and dangly earrings!

She is a beautiful tomboy, but in that lovely purple dress she looks just like a girly girl. And don't forget those dangly feminine earrings. Very nice choice.
You are a beautiful tomboy,my dear Jamie!....Love the purple dress and the earrings are great....they look really awesome in your cute little ears:-)...NEXT WEEK WE WILL HAVE FUN!
I also love those frog planters holding the flowers you were siffing,Jamie...did you plant those flowers?
You look absolutely gorgeous in your purple dress - good choice! And it is also okay to be a tomboy and play hard - you can do all of that and still be as beautiful as you are. Love you lots, my girl!
Oh, she is so beautiful! And she looks so old, too! Slow those girls down, Megan, they are just growing way too fast. (love the dangly earrings, too!)
