The girls with their finished projects...
Jacob even liked that the girls were coloring eggs. He got all dad's attention. Jacob liked it so much, he even gave dad some kisses...
Today we decided to get the kids dressed into their Easter outfits and head to the mall to see the Easter Bunny. Even before the girls got into the car, Jacob was sleeping. It's a lot of work to look this good!
Mazie and Jamie waited patiently for their turn with the bunny...
So we are all ready for the Easter next week. According to Jamie, "As soon as we get passed Easter, we can finally move on to Jacob's birthday, and then it's my turn!"
Also, just in case you didn't notice, I have added a few things to the blog that no one has commented on. So I am bringing them to your attention. I have added some music (if you scroll down the side you will find the play list). I am planning on changing it every so often. There are three songs that go with each of the kids. Can you guess which song goes to which child? I am pretty sure that if you really think about, you can get at least one or two right. (one hint: Do Ya Think I'm Sexy is not Jamie's even though she does put Rod Stewart to shame) Maybe there will be a prize in it for the person who can guess the three correctly! I am curious about your guesses.
And, I did a slide show of Jacob's first year and put it in the banner spot. I got a little teary last night watching it go through the pictures. I am having a tough time with this one. I thought Mazie's first birthday was hard. He has grown way too fast for his mama. I thought maybe he would be my little baby for a little while longer.

Heart be still..Oh!,the pictures of "bunny helpers"!Great job with the new camera!...it does make a difference...My guesses are: Mazie and"Upside Down", Jamie and "Little Mermaid", AND Jacob and Kermit!..It is sad to see that the kids aren't babies anymore:-( Remember, YOU were once one of MY babies...so I know what you are feeling!...(three-going-on-four is in WAY too much of a hurry!) as much as I love babies..I love watching them grow even more!...I like your music selections and also get teary-eyed at your banner!
I love the Easter pictures. Looks like everyone is ready in your house. Hopefully we will have some warmer weather by then. Jamie sounds like Karina. First is Colin's birthday, then Daddy's, and then mine (in November no less).
his first year has gone WAY fast, i'm in agreement. can't wait to meet the little guy in 3 months!
Thank you for sharing those wonderful pictures of the kids in their Easter best! They look so grown up when dressy, especially Jacob - adorable suit!
