Ten on Tuesday

1. The Red Sox won the World Series in 4 straight games! Just in case any of you were not into the World Series or baseball. I thought I would add something fun for Jeremiah to read.

2. The only game that wasn't on the entire time was Game 3 on Saturday. Rich requested that the Penn State vs. Ohio State game be on while we were eating. Being a huge football fan myself, I was so excited that majority ruled and the football game was on. Even though Penn State lost, it was nice to NOT have the baseball game on again.

3. Speaking of Saturday, we had a little dinner party. The Sincocks and the Shertzers joined us for dinner. We had a lot of fun. Mazie and Jamie ran around blowing their horns and putting stickers on all the adults. They haven't worn out the horns yet (thanks, Susie!). Hayden and Jacob played together. It was nice. Thanks for dinner, everyone.

4. Jacob hasn't been sleeping so well since we've been home from Pennsylvania. He's been getting up every three to four hours to eat. We are a little tired. Is this payback for the girls being great babies and sleeping from 6 weeks on?

5. This picture was taken on Sunday. Is it just me or does Jacob look like he is going to do something naughty?

6. What do you think of his outfit? Gramma got it for him and the onsie is a hand-me-down from a friend. It says, "ROCK STAR I'm gonna rock your world". Do you think he would fit into the Air Force?

7. Also, Mazie's been worried that Jacob will fall over. So she typically gets behind him and sits with him to play. Jamie decided to join them as well...

8. Mazie has good reason to worry about Jacob falling over. Even though he is quite sturdy with his sitting, Jacob hasn't quite figured out how to get onto his belly. He just flops himself over and bonks his head on the floor. He cries for a second and then goes about his playing.

9. Right now all three kids are playing with the MEGA LEGOs we have. Jacob is basically using the peices as teething toys. Jamie is making a huge tower that is known as the Red Ants House. And Mazie is making a cart to get to the Red Ants House. They are having quite a conversation about it too.

10. I am so excited about having a Thanksgiving dinner in my new house. It isn't the same when you are renting. Anyone going to join us for dinner? You know I'm going to be making way too much food as usual.

Surely you know you can throw those horns into the round circular file and get rid of them for good :)
I'm sorry!
I had so much fun hangin' with you all :)

Surely you all realize that's TWO championships in just 4 years!! And, the Yankees in turmoil means many more World Series to come...

Jacob - Air Force? Just like the girls, the little man can do anything he wants except join the Navy... :-)
