We're Baaaack!

Well, we've made it home! We had a nice week in Monterey. I took so many pictures that I just did not have time to go through them all tonight. Here are two from Jeremiah's big day, just to get you started. I will do more tomorrow.
The first photo is of Jeremiah getting a certificate of recognition from MIT. He is surrounded (left to right) by his advisor, the chairman of the systems engineering department, and the academic associate for the distance learning curriculum. The systems engineering department chair is the one who signs off on all the theses. Jeremiah got the top thesis of the distance learning group.

This picture makes me laugh. The girls were so excited as Jeremiah walked on the stage to get his diploma that they were both quietly chanting "daddy, daddy"! There was a woman in front of us who couldn't help but join them and then they all laughed. One is holding the diploma and one is holding the recognition from MIT.

We really did have a great week. We are, however, very happy to be home. The girls really missed their toys and beds. Hopefully, they will sleep in tomorrow!
