The Best Christmas Ever

As I mentioned before, the girls and I are participating in our U.S. Taekwondo Center's 5th Annual Board Break-A-Thon! This year 100% of the money the students and staff earn goes directly to The Best Christmas Ever. This is a charity that provides gifts, food, and playtime at Mr. Biggs to 8,000 underprivileged individuals in December. Our goal as a group is to reach $30,000!

We will be breaking 5 boards each! We are asking all of you to support us by pledging a donation for the boards we will break. Trust me when I say that we will break each of our boards! Our individual goals are to raise $300 each (that's a total of $900 as a family!).

How can you help, you ask? Simple. Just write a check made out to Best Christmas Ever for whatever amount you wish and send it to us (email me if you do not have our address). Please have the checks to us by September 15! Another way is to donate online directly to our fundraising page. Please be sure if you do it online you add that it is in support of one or all of us! You can donate any amount per board or make a general donation.

I also want to extend to you the invitation to come and watch! If you happen to be in the area, please join us. The event is on September 18 from 10am to 12:30pm. There will be demonstrations by our demo teams, the leadership members, and our masters! It should be great fun.
